Contact form data: full name, email, message and, if you provide them, company and phone number. The fields marked as required are necessary to answer your request.

Technical browsing data: IP address, user agent and server logs, collected automatically by the infrastructure to keep the site secure and working properly. We do not use this data to identify you.

Answering requests sent through the contact form or by email: the legal bases are pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and the consent you give through the dedicated checkbox (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Keeping the site secure and preventing abuse (spam filtering, attack protection): the legal basis is the Controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The site only uses strictly necessary technical tools: your banner choice is stored in your browser (localStorage, key apd-consent-v1) for the sole purpose of remembering your preference and contains no personal data.

Any analytics or traffic-measurement cookies are enabled only after your explicit consent (“Accept all”) and you can withdraw it at any time through the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer. Rejecting non-necessary cookies does not limit your use of the site in any way.

Data may be processed, as processors under Art. 28 GDPR, by the providers that host and deliver the site: Google Cloud (hosting infrastructure), Cloudflare Inc. (DNS, CDN and traffic protection) and the email delivery provider used for contact requests. Data is never disclosed or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

Some providers (Cloudflare, Google) may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases the transfer relies on adequacy decisions of the European Commission (including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or on Standard Contractual Clauses.

Contact requests are kept for as long as needed to handle them and in any case no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless a contractual relationship is established. Technical logs are kept for a maximum of 12 months for security purposes.

Under Arts. 15–22 GDPR you may at any time request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, object to processing, and withdraw your consent (without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing). Write to [email protected]: we will reply within 30 days.

If you believe the processing infringes the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it) or with the supervisory authority of your country.
