MacMeter — License and Sales Terms

MacMeter is a macOS application developed by APDSoftware di Carlo Zuffetti (sole proprietorship), Via C. Colombo 15, 24047 Treviglio (BG), Italy — VAT IT03835250162, REA BG 431224. MacMeter Pro is sold through Paddle, acting as merchant of record: the sales contract is with Paddle, under its buyer terms, while the software license is granted by APDSoftware under these terms.

MacMeter is downloaded from apdsoftware.it and includes a 14-day free trial with all features enabled. When the trial ends, the core features (CPU, memory, network, disk, GPU, battery and accessories, with up to 2 menu bar modules) stay free; the Pro features lock until a valid license key is entered.

The MacMeter Pro license is a one-time €3.99 and unlocks the Pro features. It is a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for one buyer on up to 5 personally used Macs. The key is sent to the email address used for the purchase and is activated in the app’s settings, with no connection required.

You may not redistribute, resell or publish the key, nor decompile or modify the application beyond what the law allows.

MacMeter is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, APDSoftware does not warrant that the app is error-free and is not liable for indirect damages arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law grants to consumers, including mandatory protections of your country of residence.

These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the mandatory protections of your country of habitual residence remain unaffected. Venue: the consumer’s courts where the law so provides; otherwise, the courts of Bergamo, Italy.
